    1 egg, beaten
    2 cups of flour
    � cup of sugar
    � cup of melted butter
    � cup of heavy cream, unwhipped
    � cup of coffee liqueur
    � cup of Irish whiskey
    1 tablespoon of baking powder
    � teaspoon of salt

    Recipe



    Preheat your oven to 400�F (205�C).

    Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.

    Stir in the remaining ingredients, until moistened.

    Fill paper-lined muffin tins full.

    Bake in your oven for 20 minutes.
