    �Here�s a really quick, easy, and inexpensive dish that fits the bill for breakfast, lunch, dinner, a midnight snack, you name it!�

    List of Ingredients




    2 Cups cooked egg noodles (about 1 Cup uncooked)
    2 TB. butter
    1/2 Cup small curd low-fat cottage cheese
    1-2 tsp. CINNAMON SUGAR

    Recipe



    Boil the egg noodles according to package directions. Drain well. Toss the noodles with the butter. Top with the cottage cheese�either mound it atop the noodles or mix it in. Sprinkle with the CINNAMON SUGAR and enjoy.

    Prep. time: 2 minutes
    Cooking time: 10 minutes or so for the noodles
    Serves: 2
