Crispy Pasta with Hot Red Pepper

12 oz Pasta, cooked al Dente, drained, set aside
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1 1/2 tsp. Hot Red Pepper
1 1/2 tsp. Garlic, minced
1 Onion, Medium, chopped
1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp Basil, dried
3/4 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Recipe
Cook pasta to al Dente, drained, set aside.
In large skillet or wok, combine oil, hot red pepper, garlic, onion, pepper and basil, saut� for one minute.
Add pasta to skillet, toss until heated.
Add bread crumbs and parmesan cheese to pasta, saut� until slightly crusty.
