Suzy's Kettle Corn
� cup of popcorn (I use white)
1/3 cup of oil
� cup of sugar
I use a Theater II popcorn popper
Use a pretty high heat, almost on high.
Put the oil in the popper first; don�t let the oil get hot before adding the popcorn and sugar. Then add the popcorn, turn the handle a few times to mix it up. Then add the sugar, close the lid and just keep turning the handle�don�t stop turning it.
Sometimes I move it off the burner for a second or two, if I think it�s getting to hot. When you hear the popping starting to slow down, it�s done.
Dump into a big bowl and add a little salt. Break up any lumps and enjoy!
