    2 cups cooked rice
    2 cups reduced fat cheddar cheese
    2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
    12 ounces fat-free evaporated milk
    1/2 cup egg substitute
    2 Tablespoons light margarine, melted
    salt and pepper, to taste

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350�. Lightly grease a 13" x 9" baking dish.
    Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Bake 45 minutes.
