    4 serving(1 pound)Honeysuckle White turkey cutlets, 99% FF/1 serving=4ozs.
    1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
    1 cup low-fat Swiss cheese
    1/2 cup fat-free skim milk
    2 cup fat-free packaged croutons
    1/2 cup onion(s)
    2 cup celery
    1/2 cup green pepper(s)

    Recipe



    1. Weigh, cook and cube 1 pound skinless WHITE TURKEY; shred LF SWISS CHEESE; chop ONION; slice CELERY; chop BELL PEPPER.
    2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray 2-quart(11x7)casserole dish; set aside.
    3. In a mixing bowl, combine turkey cubes, mayonnaise, cheese, milk, croutons, onions, celery and bell peppers.
    4. Spoon into prepared dish.
    5. Bake for 40 minutes or until heated through.
