    List of Ingredients

    1 pkg (7 1/4 oz.) macaroni and cheese
    1 T. margarine
    1/2 c. total, onion, celery and green pepper, diced
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed mushroom soup, undiluted
    1/2 c. milk
    1 t. parsley flakes
    1/4 t. black pepper
    1 1/2 c. cooked ham, diced
    1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, optional


    Prepare macaroni and cheese according to pkg. directions. In small fry pan, melt margarine and saute onion, celery and peppers. Set aside. In large bowl, blend together prepared macaroni, soup, milk, parsley flakes and black pepper. Add ham and sauteed vegetables and blend. Pour into greased 2-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, in preheated 350 oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. ENJOY
