    List of Ingredients

    5 boneless skinless chicken breast cooked and shredded
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes chopped...or 1 can Ro-tel & 1 can stewed tom
    1 package taco mix
    1/2lb. cheddar cheese shredded
    1 small onion
    1 package corn tortillas- small


    Mix chicken, soups, tomatoes, taco mix, cheese and onion. Soften tortillas in warm chicken broth (I cook my chicken in it first). Layer 1/2 of the soften tortillas on bottom of 9x13 baking pan or dish, followed by 1/2 of the chicken mixture. Repeat layer of remaining tortillas and chicken mixture.
    Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
