    Boiled Coffee Cake

    List of Ingredients




    A very moist and quick coffee cake.

    Cake:
    2 cups Bisquick
    1 cup milk
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    Topping:
    2 tablespoons butter/ margarine
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    2 tablespoons sugar

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour into an 8-inch round cake pan. Boil water in a large pot and place cake pan on glass cup or bowl (so that the cake is above the water). Boil for 30 minutes or until done.

    Topping:Melt butter and pour over top of done cake. Mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle on top. Let rest for 5 minutes for topping to set.
