    Kraut Casserole

    List of Ingredients




    16 oz can sauerkraut
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    16 oz can corned beef
    3 eggs
    3/4 cup Bisquick
    1 1/4 oz. package sliced swiss cheese
    3/4 cup milk

    Recipe



    Spread kraut in 9 x 13 pan. Top with corned beef. Mix together all other ingredients except cheese & pour over corned beef. Put cheese on top of batter. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes
