    Pudding Cookies

    List of Ingredients




    1 package instant pudding mix, any flavor
    1 cup Bisquick
    1/4 cup Crisco Cooking Oil
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 egg

    Recipe



    Mix well. Form into small balls about the size of walnuts.
    Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Mash down with a spoon.
    Finely chppoed nuts or coconut may be added before forming
    balls, if desired. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes,
    or until a golden brown.
