Strawberry Squares Supreme
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix 2 cups bisquick mix and 2 tablespoons sugar. Cut in 4 tablespoons of butter/margarine with pastry blender until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Pat evenly in bottom of 9x9x2 ungreased baking pan. Bake 10 minutes.
Beat 2 egg yolks, 1 cup sour cream, and 1/3 cup sugar until blended; spread over hot layer. Bake 20 minutes longer. Cool; cut into squares and top with 4 cups sweetened cut-up strawberries. Garnish with whipped cream if desired. Serves 9.
