Chorizo Roll
List of Ingredients
12 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
2 cups cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups cubed french bread
8 oz. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. diced green chile
Recipe
Fry chorizo and drain.
Beat eggs and add all ingredients except cream cheese and green chile.
Mix softened cream cheese with green chile and put aside.
Spray PAM in a jelly roll pan. Line jelly pan with foil including sides. Spray generously with PAM again.
Spread mixture in pan.
Cook for 45 minutes to one hour until egg is firm.
Wait until it cools.
Turn egg out onto waxed paper, spread cream cheese with green chile on entire surface.
Carefully peel off foil using wax paper as a helper.
Roll egg mixture into tight cylinder.
Garnish with salsa and avocado.
Serves 6.
