    4 tablespoons granulated sugar substitute OR powdered sugar
    2 tablespoons fat-free liquid margarine
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
    1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
    1/16 to 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1 (3-ounce) bag 94 percent fat free microwave popcorn, popped (such as Jolly Time Healthy Pop)
    Combine 3 tablespoons sugar substitute with margarine, cinnamon, cumin, ginger and cayenne pepper; mix well.

    Place popped popcorn in a large bowl, removing any unpopped kernels. Add spice mixture and toss to coat. Sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon sugar substitute. Serve immediately. Makes about 8 (1 1/3-cup) servings; 11 1/2 cups total.
