    2 quarts popped popcorn
    2 teaspoons ground chili powder
    1 to 2 teaspoons paprika
    2 teaspoons ground cumin
    1 cup cubed Monterey Jack cheese (cut into 1/4-inch cubes)
    Keep popped popcorn warm. Mix seasonings together and toss with popcorn. Add cheese and mix thoroughly. Makes 2 quarts.
