- 1 CUP SWEET BUTTER, DO NOT SUBSTITUTE
- 1 CUP SUGAR
- 2 CUPS FLOUR
- PINCH OF SALT
- 1 TEASPOON ALMOND EXTRACT
- 1/2 CUP FINELY CHOPPED NUTS
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350�.
- CREAM ALL THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN A MIXING BOWL.
- ROLL INTO BALLS.
- PLACE COOKIE BALLS ON A UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET AND BAKE FOR 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED.
- ROLL IN POWDERED SUGAR.
