- 1 SMALL BOX INSTANT LEMON PUDDING AND PIE FILLING
- 3/4 CUPS HOT WATER
- 1 BOX YELLOW CAKE MIX
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 325�.
- COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A MIXING BOWL AND MIX UNTIL WELL BLENDED.
- PUR INTO GREASED LOAF PANS OR MINI LOAF PANS AND BAKE FOR 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL TESTER INSERTED IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN.
- MIX 1 CUP CONFECTIONERS' SUGAR WITH 1/2 CUP LEMON JUICE AND POUR OVER WARM CAKES.
