    Makes a nice quick snack.

    List of Ingredients

    Baby Bok Choy leaves (top half) or Lettuce Leaves
    (Note Baby Bok Choy is Chinese Cabbage or Nappa Cabbage in the USA)
    Red bell pepper
    Red Onion
    Yellow Mustard


    Slice bell pepper and onion into strips
    Blend mustard and cumin to taste.
    Spread mustard on lettuce leaf, add some bell pepper and onion strips.
    Roll and enjoy.

    Note I use the top of baby bok choy as lettuce and the bottom half as cabbage.
