Tuna Croustade

List of Ingredients




Poor boy or small French bread loaves
One 9 1/4 oz can tuna, drained
One 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 TBL lemon juice
2 tsp onion, grated
1 tsp horseradish
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp liquid smoke

Hollow out loaves of bread. Mix together tuna & rest of ingredients. Fill the hollowed out loaves. Slice thinly to serve.
