    A family recipe from Karen's DH, his DM (mamaw) made it.


    2 eggs, beaten
    1 � cup brown sugar
    1 pinch of salt
    � cup melted butter
    � cup milk
    � cup corn meal
    � tsp. vanilla

    Mix all together and cook very slowly (325 degrees) in an uncooked pie crust until filling is set. About 30-35 min.
