    �1 pound macaroni, gf, cooked, elbow
    �1 pound ground beef, cooked, drained and crumbled
    �1 tablespoon granulated garlic
    �1 1/2 teaspoons basil
    �1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
    �1 teaspoon Hot Shot
    �1 tablespoon Crazy Salt
    �2 cloves garlic, minced
    �1 large green pepper, diced
    �1 medium onion, diced
    �28 ounces diced tomatoes, do not drain
    �1 can tomato soup, use Heinz English for gf
    �8 ounces fresh spinach, chopped
    �3/4 pound cf cheese, cubed, 1/2"

    Recipe



    1.Combine all ingredients, pour into a casserole dish. Use two if you wish and freeze one for later. Bake at 400 until browned nicely and bubbly.
