    List of Ingredients

    5 Red Roman tomatoes
    7 Green tomatoes "tomatillos"
    1 big onions
    green serrano peppers
    Orange juice or Xylitol or stevia
    lime or lemon juice


    First chop all vegetables in to fine small squares, put in a bowl or container, then add orange juice, lime or lemon juice and salt.

    Be very careful with peppers, might be to hot so limit them and add it bit by bit till you find the right spice you want!!!!

    Let it rest for a couple of hours in refrigerator to let the vegetables absorb the sweet tartness and serve on a toatada...

    Note: You can put come sour-cream or mayonnaise on the tostada prior to the salsa, and some cheese on top as well. I find that parmessan cheese or cheese substitute works just
    fine...and enjoy!!!!
