    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    1/2 Stick butter
    6 Tablespoons brown sugar -- heaping
    4 bananas -- sliced
    1 Tablespoon banana liqueur
    1 Tablespoon light rum
    2 Tablespoons brandy
    vanilla ice cream

    Mix butter and brown sugar in skillet. Cook over medium heat until sugar is melted. Slice bananas in halves or quarters and add to butter mixture, cooking until tender. Add liquer and stir. Sprinkle rum and brandy over top then ignite (carefully). Spoon gently a few times. Serve warm over vanilla ice cream
