Judi's Sour Cream Pancakes

List of Ingredients
1 Cup Skim Milk
1 Cup Fat Free Sour Cream
4 Egg Whites
1 Cup Flour
1 tsp each Salt, Baking soda, Baking Powder
In a blender combine Sour Cream, Milk and egg whites.
In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients. With the blender on Med/high speed, gradually add the dry ingredients. Mix until the mixture becomes fairly smooth.
Pour in scant 1/4 cups onto hot griddle. 6 pancakes fit on the griddle at a time. Cook until bubbles begin to pop. Flip them and wait 30-60 seconds more. Enjoy.
