3 cup chopped walnuts
1 egg white(s)
1/2 cup SPLENDA (R) No Calorie Sweetener
1/4 tsp Seasoning Salt
1/2 tsp salt
Beat egg white until very foamy. Stir in walnuts to coat them with the egg white. Sprinkle in the Splenda, salt, and seasoning salt and mix very well by hand, evenly distributing the salts and Splenda.
Spread in a single layer on a cookie sheet, and bake for 20-30 minutes at 250 degrees. Be careful not to burn (they'll taste bad!). Nuts conitnue to "cook" as the oil slowly cools even after you take them out of the oven, so take them out sooner rather than later.
Store in a jar or bag at room temperature. GREAT IN SALADS, but dangerous to snack on!!!
