List of Ingredients
8 oz A Taste of Thai Rice Noodles
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 bell pepper(s)
1 medium tomato(es)
2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp A Taste of Thai Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce
1 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
10 serving basil leaf
Seed and chop the bell pepper. Chop the tomato.
Soak noodles in room temp water for 1 hour, or start soaking in the morning in the refrigerator so they are ready in evening. Drain. they will be slightly firm.
Heat oil in a large skillet over med heat.
Add bell pepper and tomato. Simmer for 2 mins.
While simmering, roll the lime on the cutting board to make it easier to juice. Juice the lime into a ramekin.
Add the noodles to skillet.
Add soy sauce, Garlic chili pepper sauce, sugar, lime juice and basil leaves. Lightly toss to coat the noodles.
Simmer until noodles are heated thru, about 3 mins.
