List of Ingredients
1 pound uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breast(s) (10.5)
1/2 tsp sesame oil (1)
1/2 cup Carb Options Teriyaki Sauce (1)
1 1/2 pound mixed vegetables
1 1/2 cup fat-free chicken broth (.5)
2 Tbsp cornstarch
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Cook the chicken in a small amount of broth until about half cooked. Add veggies and sesame oil. Cook covered until veggies are tender (10-15 minutes).
Mix together teriyaki sauce, remaining broth, and cornstarch. Add to chicken and veggi mixture. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce thickens. Serve with rice.
