    3 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables without sauce
    1 cup cooked brown rice
    1 cup seasoned chicken broth, roasted garlic (99% fat free)
    1 garlic clove, minced
    5 second spray PAM Cooking Spray
    1 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
    1/8 cup Egg Beaters


    Cook brown rice according to package directions using the garlic flavored chicken broth, instead of water. Set aside. Spray frying pan or wok with Pam. Add stir-fry vegetables and minced garlic clove. Stir-fry until almost done. Add Egg Beaters and scramble in pan. Add brown rice and soy sauce and mix with vegetables. Heat through, then serve.
