    Lowfat Crockpot Hamburger Casserole

    List of Ingredients

    1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
    1 1/2 cup frozen peas
    2 stalks celery -- diced 2 onions
    10 ounces tomato soup
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 medium carrot -- diced
    2 onions -- sliced
    10 ounces water

    Recipe

    Brown ground chuck & drain. Peel and slice potatoes, carrots, celery and onions. Place layers of vegetables in order given into crockpot. Combine garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle seasonings over each layer. Put browned ground beef vegetables. Combine soup and water & pour over all. Cover and set on low 6 to 8 hours or high 2 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
