    List of Ingredients

    3 pound lean pork tenderloin
    14 oz canned diced tomatoes
    1/2 cup vinegar
    2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp sugar
    1 Tbsp heaping crushed red pepper flakes
    1 Tbsp table salt
    2 tsp black pepper


    Combine all ingredients in crock. Cover and cook on: LOW - 8 to 10 hours; or HIGH - 5 hours. Remove and shred meat to serve.
