Creamy Strawberry Angel Food Cake

1 cup boiling water
1 pkg. sugar free Jello, strawberry flavored
1/2 cup cold water
2 cups fresh strawberries (or blueberries)
1 container Lite Cool Whip (divided in half)
10 inch round angel food cake.
Stir jello into boiling water until dissolved. Add cold
water and refrigerate for an hour or so until thickened.
Slice strawberries, leaving a few for garnishing. Fold
strawberries into jello and half of the whipped topping
and return to refrigerator.
Split cake into three layers using a bread knife.
Spread strawberry filling between layers and top with
remaining Cool Whip. Garnish with strawberries.
