6 1/2 sheets graham crackers
2 1/2 C mini marshmallows
1 1/2 C chocolate chips
2/3 C. light corn syrup
1/2 C. peanut butter
4 c. crispy rice cereal
1. Lay graham crackers across the bottom of 9X13 greased pan. Cover with marshmallows and microwave about 2 minutes or until melted.
2. Melt choc. chips and corn syrup in microwave at 50% power for about 2 minutes, stirring regularly. Add peanut butter. Stir in crispy rice cereal.
3. Spread mixture over cooled marshamallows and graham crackers.
4. Cool and cut into 20 pieces at 4 points each. They are big, rich, and satisfying.
