    List of Ingredients

    • 12 oz fat-free evaporated milk
    • 1 package instant lemon pudding mix
    • 16 oz fat-free cream cheese
    • 6 oz frozen concentrate lemonade, thawed
    • 1 Ready Crust 25% Less-Fat Graham Cracker Ready pie crust
    • 4 oz Cool Whip Free Whipped Topping


    1. Combine milk and pudding mix; beat for 2 minutes. In separate bowl, beat cream cheese until light. Gradually add thawed lemonade to cream cheese and beat until smooth. Fold pudding mixture into cream cheese mixture and blend thoroughly. pour into graham cracker crust. Chill 3-4 hours. Top with Cool Whip before serving.
