1 package sugar free pudding mix
1 tub fat free cool whip
1 14 oz can of crushed pineapple (with juice)
1 angel food cake, homemade or store bought (points will vary here)
in a bowl, stir vanilla pudding mix into the cool whip until blended, add the whole can of pineapple with its juice and stir completely. Refridgerate so it sets up a little.
Cut the angel food cake into three layers and spread the topping mix between each layer and on the top. Put in fridge until it is time to serve. YUMMY!
