1 Ripe Peach
Sprinkle of Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Low Fat Granola (like Trader Joes Apple/Strawberry)
2 T. Lite or Fat Free Cool Whip
Wash and peel (optional) peach and cut into slices. Place in a microwaveable bowl and sprinkle with brown sugar. Microwave on high for 1 -2 minutes until warm and bubbly.
Let cool for about 3 minutes then top with granola and cool whip.
