List of Ingredients
1/4 C peach slices (frozen or fresh)
2 graham crackers
1/4 vanilla low-fat yogurt (optional)
. Crunch up 1 1/2 crackers on bottom of microwaveable bowl.
2. Arrange peach slices on top of crackers.
3. Sprinkle cinnamon on top of peaches.
4. Crumble final 1/2 cracker on top of peaches.
5. Microwave for 1 minute; stir gently, microwave another 30 seconds.
A dollop (1/4 C) of low fat vanilla yogurt on top of this really makes it fabulous.
