    List of Ingredients

    1 9" ready to bake pie crust
    1 1/8 cup Splenda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    2 eggs
    15 oz. can pumpkin
    12 oz. evaporated skimmed milk (undiluted)


    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Beat eggs, Splenda, and spices well. Add pumpkin and continue to mix. Add evaporated skimmed milk and mix well. Pour into prepared pie crust and bake for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue to bake about 25 minutes or until custard is firm in center.

    Special Notes

    I based the 3 points on the pie crust. All other ingredients are core foods.
