    12 servings @ 1 point per serving (2 TBS).

    List of Ingredients

    1/4 cup dark brown sugar
    2 Tbsp sugar
    1/4 cup water
    1/2 tsp ground allspice
    1/4 tsp ground ginger
    1/4 tsp ground cloves
    1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 1/2 cup canned pumpkin


    Combine the two sugars, water, allspice, ginger, cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon in a 4-cup glass measure. Microwave on High three minutes; stir. Add pumpkin and microwave on High for five minutes. Let cool and refrigerate. Can be kept for several weeks in refrigerator or can be frozen.
