    4 (6-oz.) white fish fillets
    1 (12oz.) pkg. frozen spinach souffle’, thawed
    6 saltine crackers, crushed
    8 tsp. fresh Parmesan cheese, shredded


    Place fillets in an 11 x 7 dish coated with Pam. Spoon souffle’ over filets.
    Combine crackers and cheese, sprinkle over souffle’.
    Bake 400 for 20 minutes.
