    List of Ingredients

    1 pound uncooked shrimp
    1 medium banana-diced
    1 medium apple-diced
    1 Tbsp margarine
    2 cups chicken bouillon
    2 Tbsp cornstarch
    1/4 cup water
    2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
    1 tsp black pepper
    5 oz hot pepper sauce - or to taste
    1 tsp curry powder


    Peel and devein shrimp, pat dry, set aside.
    Saute banana and apple in margarine for 5-6 minutes.
    Stir in stock. Cook and stir until mix boils.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 15 mins.
    Strain and reserve sauce.
    Mix cornstarch with water and mix until smooth. Add to strained sauce and mix well. Set aside.
    Saute shrimp, lime juice, and pepper over med heat for 1 min.
    Stir sauce, pepper sauce and curry into shrimp mix.
    cook, stirring constantly, about 2 mins until sauce thickens.

    Special Notes

    Before beginning: dice the banana dice the apple.
    Can be served with rice for extra points.
