List of Ingredients
1 Spaghetti Squash
8 oz 95% lean ground beef
1/4 cup fresh
2 cloves garlic
4 green onions
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 32 oz jar Prego traditional spaghetti sauce
1 weight watcher english muffin
1/4 cup fat free mozarella cheese
Cut squash in half, scoop out, spray with spray butter, salt and pepper. Cook at 375 in oven for 60-75 minutes until done.
While squash cooking, put mushrooms, onions, garlic and parmesan cheese in food processor and pulse until fine. Add to ground beef, salt and pepper. Shape into 8 small meatballs. Bake at 375 for approximately 20 minutes until done.
Heat sauce on stove and when meatballs are done, add to sauce.
When squash is done, use fork to fluff squash up, then pour 1/2 sauce mixture into squash boats. Garnish with shredded parmesan cheese.
Serve with salad, fat free italian dressing and 1/2 of weight watcher english muffin, spray with butter, add garlic salt and italian seasoning. Top with 1/8 cup of fat free mozarella cheese. Bake in oven for 10 min.
