    List of Ingredients

    Slice 2 lbs. potatoes into 1" chunks; drizzle with 1 Tbsp. Olive oil and 1/2 tsp. each crumbled rosemary leaves, salt, and pepper. Spread on a shallow baking sheet and roast at 375 degrees until tender, about 45 minutes.
