List of Ingredients
2 cup dry instant long-grain white rice
8 oz Dole Canned Crushed Pineapple in Juice
1 Tbsp packed light brown sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp sweet and sour sauce
Drain juice from pineapple into measuring cup. Set pineapple aside. Add water to bring total liquid to 2 cups. Pour in saucepan.
Add brown sugar, cinnamon & sweet & sour sauce & bring to a boil over high heat.
Stir in rice & crushed pineapple. Let stand covered for 5 minutes to absorb the liquid.
