    List of Ingredients


    • 7 Roma tomatoes chopped
    • 1 medium onion chopped
    • 3 jalapeno peppers finely chopped (chop whole pepper for warmer salsa)
    • 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
    • 1 good handful of finely chopped fresh cilantro
    • 1 can black beans
    • Salt to taste


    Instructions


    1. Mix together and let set for 1 hour, not necessary, but it makes time for ingrediants to mingle.

    2. Serve with lowfat tortilla chips or it is great with dippers like celery and thin sliced turnips or rutabagas.
