    1 pound cooked ground beef 5-7% fat
    2 tsp olive oil
    3 clove garlic clove(s)
    1 medium onion(s)
    3 cup fat-free beef broth
    6 cup water
    1 cup uncooked barley
    2 medium carrot(s)
    1 medium green pepper(s)
    3 medium stalk celery
    1 medium tomato(es)
    8 medium mushroom(s)


    Brown ground beef in oil. Add garlic and onions cook until tender. Add broth and water. Add cut up vegetables and barley. Cook about 1 hour at a simmer. Enjoy.
