    List of Ingredients

    2 large cans of chicken stock
    2 lb bag of frozen mixed vegetables
    1 32 oz can crushed tomatoes
    1 lb crab meat
    2 bay leaves
    2 Tab. old bay seasoning
    1 Tab. black pepper
    1 Tab. salt
    1 Tab. dried thyme


    Put everything together in a 6 qt stock pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Enjoy!
