    10 oz extra lean ground turkey
    1 medium onion(s)
    56 oz canned diced tomatoes 2(28oz cans)
    2 medium zucchini,diced
    2 medium yellow summer squash,diced
    15 oz canned black beans-1can
    30 oz canned beef broth-(2 cans 15oz)
    4 medium stalk celery
    2 medium green peppers, diced
    1 Tbsp Old El Paso Chili Seasoning Mix


    Spray non-stick skillet and set over med-high heat. Brown the turkey, drain and add onions.(about 5 mins.) Transfer to a large pot, Add remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes. Makes 13-20 cups each 1 point per serving.
    Use all frozen veggies to make it easier. Use taco seasoning recipe below instead of package that's full of salt!
