    List of Ingredients

    2 lrg. cans beef broth
    1 lb.carrots
    6 stalk celery
    1 box collard greens
    1 head iceberg lettuce
    2 c. mixed veg.
    1 c. peas
    1 lb.string beans
    garlic,parsley, salt,pepper to taste.I sometimes add a bay leaf for flavor.
    lean beef cubed into tiny squares .
    It also is good with lean ground beef and a bit of cabbage added.You could also add turnips, parsnips and potatoes but remember to add points if you do!

    put all in in a pot or large crock pot and simmer for hours, until flavors are melded together.

    I needed to put in number of servings so I put in 10 but it really depends upon how much meat you put in.The amount of beef determines how many points per 2 cups.
