    List of Ingredients

    1 lb. Fresh Asparagus
    cooking spray
    1 tbsp. butter
    1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    1 tbsp. soy sauce
    salt and pepper


    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    Clean asparagus and break away tough ends. Lay in glass pyrex baking dish in one layer, sprayed liberally with no-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes until tips start to brown and spears become tender.
    On stove top heat butter in a sauce pan until it starts to brown, being carful not to let it burn. Add balsamic and soy sauce and heat to reduce and thicken slighty.
    Arrange asparagus on platter and drizzle with sauce. Serve immediately.
