    Definately a favorite at our house.

    List of Ingredients




    3-4 lb. rump roast
    1 oz. pkg. au jus gravy mix
    1 oz. pkg. Italian dressing mix
    10.5 oz. can beef broth
    1 1/2 cups water

    Recipe



    Mix together au jus, Italian dressing mix, broth and water. Pour over roast in crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours. Shred or slice roast and pile onto hoagie buns. Wrap sandwiches in foil and heat at 350F for 10 minutes. Reserve au jus broth for dipping sandwiches.
